Hummus Mediterranean Food

Tucked inside the Southwest Ranches Farmers Market in Davie, Hummus is a hidden gem. We split the chicken platter before heading to Hard Rock Casino, where we were served perfectly grilled chicken, creamy hummus that lives up to the name, crisp salad, warm fluffy pita, and don’t skip the green sauce (seriously, it’s amazing). The setting under string lights made it feel cozy and romantic, especially on a first date. This spot proves you don’t need fancy to get unforgettable Mediterranean street food made with love.

Nice middle eastern food truck with delicious offerings, we tried rice bowls and wrap, all were tasty. Although beef had good seasoning but some were not tender enough, rice also felt undercooked. Mint lemonade was a fresh twist with unique flavor. Staff was friendly and outdoor seating felt nice in the evening.

The flavors were perfectly balanced, tender, and just melt-in-your-mouth good. The chicken kabob was equally incredible – juicy, seasoned just right, and packed with that authentic Mediterranean flair. And the hummus? Absolute perfection. Smooth, creamy, and exactly how I love it. What also stood out was how welcoming and easy the whole experience was. Hummus is located in a permanent food truck spot in Southwest Ranches, where parking is a breeze. They’ve got plenty of outdoor seating – perfect for enjoying the Florida weather while indulging in this phenomenal food. The owner was incredibly kind and went out of his way to help us with the menu and ordering at the kiosk. It's clear he cares deeply about his food and his customers. This spot is an absolute must-try for Mediterranean food lovers. I seriously can’t wait to go back and savor it all again!
